Weâll be catching up LIVE via zoom each Sunday morning to allow you space to breathe and so you can easily map out the week ahead from an empowered place.Â

During our live sessions together weâll be moving our bodies to feel energised, strong and grounded so that you can flow through your busy days with more ease.Â

grounding
Iâll then guide you through some short grounding practices to regulate your nervous system, as well as sharing practical tools you can incorporate into your (already full đ) life that will allow you to move through life intentionally with a clearer vision of where it is you would like to go.

During our time together Iâll support you to strip back the layers of what we âshouldâ be doing during this time of year and instead allowing our true/ higher self to lead.

After we have got crystal clear on our priorities and intentions for the week, there will be time delegated to make practical plans so you can put everything down on paper and feel that peaceful s p a c i o u s n e s s  that follows.
Weâll shed the guilt and instead feel confident to let go of what isnât a priority during this season.
