Course Details

I’ve created Held For The Holidays to help you feel supported during the busiest season of the year.

We’ll be catching up LIVE via zoom each Sunday morning to allow you space to breathe and so you can easily map out the week ahead from an empowered place.

We’ll shed the guilt and instead feel confident to let go of what isn’t a priority during this season.

During each of the 1 hour sessions, we will be stretching our body to release stress and energetic blockages, I’ll then guide you through some short grounding practices to regulate your nervous system, as well as sharing practical tools you can incorporate into your (already full 😉) life that will allow you to move through life intentionally with a clearer vision of where it is you would like to go.

During our time together I’ll support you to strip back the layers of what we “should” be doing during this time of year and instead allowing our true/ higher self to lead.

After we have got crystal clear on our priorities and intentions for the week, there will be time delegated to make practical plans so you can put everything down on paper and feel that peaceful s p a c i o u s n e s s that follows.

Is the course interactive?

Yes, this is a live & interactive course.
There will be and opportunity to interact with me during the chat box of our live calls. Or, if you’re feeling more inward, you can certainly opt to leave your camera off. 

 

How long will I have access to the recordings?

You will have up until January 1st 2024 to access the content. I’ve set this deadline so that it motivates you to complete the course while it’s all still fresh and relevant.

What happens after I sign up?
